Testimonials

Coaching

My son absolutely loved the first session and wanted to continue. He said that he loved the 100% attention that parents cannot always give and emptied his mind. Anita coached him to come up with strategies to become more resilient and creative in terms of managing his relationships at school. After completing the sessions he was much more joyful, confident and increased his friend circle. He is now so much happier at school and we can't thank Anita enough.

The coaching sessions really helped me get clear on outcomes and steps to take, with achievable timescales. I felt really listened to, and challenged in a sensitive manner that pushed my current state and thinking. Anita made me feel at ease  from the outset, and coached me to new possibilities, a fresh perspective and personal growth. I can say confidently that the sessions have helped me realise my values around pursuing activities that energise me, finding time to schedule those in during a working week, ultimately leading to a feeling of joy and balance.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Anita on increasing my confidence to practice coaching in my niche. I was amazed how quickly I was able to reframe some of my limiting beliefs. Anita was always positive, calm and professional and helped me to recognise the strengths I had acquired in other parts of my life, which I can apply in my new environment. I always felt safe and at ease during our sessions and motivated to spring into action almost immediately after our sessions.

- Stefanie, London

With her skillset, patience and understanding of trauma, I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned these tools with Anita. Drilling it all in has helped me win on outcomes almost daily. For our sessions we began with a conceptual idea that I spent some time thinking about and ‘googling’, it was all but a dream and today I'm working on the final touches on plans to create it as a business, with the aspiration of changing lives. I find that these sessions have allowed for me to be ‘me’ some more, as I’m now armed with better framework and tools. I can look up and allow myself to dream and manifest easier. When it comes to muting the inner critic and bringing about accountability, it's all now part of my process and that’s something I will never lose

The coaching sessions have helped with my writing skills, planning and organisation for my Engineering degree. Anita does this through methods which explore the goal we are trying to achieve and ways of trying to complete and tackle the task. We review previous goals in weeks past to see if they have been met and if not how we could change and adapt things, so that progress is achieved. This had lead to me gaining higher marks in my written assignments and being able to plan ahead.

I worked with Anita to navigate making a difficult business decision. Anita's coaching made the decision making process a lot easier. Anita was able to remove the fog and noise from the situation and I was able to see clearly which route to take, after following a step by step plan we built together. I'd highly recommend working with Anita if you're looking to tap into a higher level of performance at work. It can be very difficult to see the wood from the trees sometimes in a stressful work environment, so having Anita as your coach would be an extremely powerful tool in your arsenal. Thank you again Anita!

Anita’s lived experience of neurodiversity and empathy for my daughter’s situation made her the perfect support person to help my daughter through a very challenging period of school absence, depression and discovering Autism. Anita was kind, practical and knowledgeable in her approach to helping my daughter to find the tools and methods to get back on her feet and face the future. I highly recommend Anita to anyone who needs support with confidence and coping in similar situations.

- Isabel, London

I cannot recommend Anita enough as a neurodiversity coach, ally, friend and all round wonderful person. Desperate in my quest for understanding, Anita provided me with very tailored support and helped me explore my neurodivergence at my speed and with the utmost sensitivity. Having someone like Anita be able to validate your feelings and experiences is so powerful and at no stage did Anita ‘offer’ any of this … she beautifully coaxed it out of me with her truly empathetic and understated style. Anita has helped me to recognise why things are sometimes difficult and supported me to find either workarounds or just accepting this is me and helped me to communicate this to others. Thank you Anita!

- Shelley, DEI Director

Anita is an exceptional coach. Her passion, enthusiasm and empathy shone through in our sessions. She is a great listener, giving you and space to reflect and explore topics at your own pace, tailoring the sessions to meet evolving needs. She helped me to gain an appreciation for my skills and strengths and provided me with tools, techniques and insights that have propelled my professional growth. I always look forward to our sessions and feel excited and motivated to put the approaches we discussed to the test. Anita has made and astronomical difference to both my professional and personal confidence and i would highly recommend her as a coach."

"I am very grateful to Anita for being my ADHD coach. Being  neurodivergent herself, I was able to relate with her very well and felt understood. She gave me lots of strategies and plans to manage my ADHD on daily basis. She also signposted me to other resources as well. I will highly recommend her to people who are struggling with their neurodiversity."

- Satish, London

I have so appreciated Anita's rapport with and insight into my children over the last few months she has worked with my family, and also her generous communication with me as a parent. My children's own combined feedback reflects Anita's ability to understand what works for her clients, whom she treats as unique individuals: Anita is a good listener, and is always in a good mood, which puts me in a good mood. She has great ideas and helps me when I can't think about how to move with something.

Anita lead a fantastic session on Neurodiversity, myself and the rest of the leadership team were educated on the differences in Neurodiversity between different people.

Anita delivered training to our team on Neurodiversity fundamentals; which was clear, engaging and packed with practical information. Her knowledge and passion for Neurodiversity was inspiring and her relaxed and conversational approach created an environment where people felt safe and comfortable to open up and share their personal experiences. The training provided valuable insights on Neurodiversity as a strength, how to be neuro-inclusive and leverage unique talents. Thank you Anita for a great session!

Anita was a brilliant panellist for our Health & Disability Network panel event. The theme of the event was workplace adjustments and Anita was able to beautifully articulate how and why they matter from a professional and personal perspective. Anita is so passionate about neuro inclusion and speaks eloquently and clearly on the subject, in a way that resonates with and informs the audience. It was a real joy to work with Anita in the planning and delivery of the panel event; she has an infectious enthusiasm and charm, as well as great insight, wisdom and expertise. We have been talking about the things she said and points she raised ever since that event!

Anita delivered an excellent training session to all our staff, which gave a broad viewpoint from a range of Autistic children and adults. She addressed many of the common misconceptions and provided a range of strategies to use in the classroom environment. Having come from an education background, Anita was able to provide realistic solutions to help support our Autistic children.

I work as a coach, who is seeking to develop a neuro-affirming approach. To help with this, I attended Anita and Esther's Level Training Neurodiversity Awareness and Support Course in February.

Day 1 gave necessary background on neurodivergence. Especially helpful was the emphasis on inclusive language, complexities around co-occurrences, intersectionality, double empathy challenges and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. Day 2 revisited these in a practical way, highlighting the importance of a strengths-based approach, and looking at possible adjustments in the workplace, with examples drawn from experience. Discussions around energy accounting and supporting co-occurrences were especially interesting. Thank you for an enjoyable and very enriching course!
